What's included
Sending a box across the border takes more than a shipping label. Customs needs to know what's inside and what it's worth, and someone on the Mexican side has to take it the rest of the way. We handle all of that as one service.
- Receiving: drop your boxes at our office, or have any US carrier deliver them to us.
- Check and pack: we confirm the contents match your description and reinforce packaging that won't survive the trip.
- Documentation: we prepare the declaration that travels with your shipment.
- Crossing: we take your parcels across the border into Mexico.
- Delivery: our delivery partners take each parcel to the receiver's door.
What you can send
Clothing, shoes, toys, small appliances, tools, auto parts and household goods usually cross without trouble. Some items need extra paperwork or can't be sent at all, including perishable food, medicine, liquids in bulk, batteries, firearms and ammunition.
If you're unsure about an item, call us before you buy it or pack it. It's quicker to ask than to have a box held at the border.
How to send a parcel
- Ask for a quote with the number of boxes, approximate weight and destination city.
- Bring your boxes to Courage St with the receiver's details.
- Follow your shipment as it crosses and goes out for delivery.
Keep your receipts for new merchandise. Customs may ask for them to confirm the value you declared.
